Greetings 👋🏽 Love. I'm Selina Kelley, from The Land.

Maybe you found me through the sauce. Maybe you found me through the coaching. Either way, you're in the right place, because they're the same story. Both of them are about you coming home to yourself.

My career started at Church's Fried Chicken in 1985, when I was 18. From there I helped run a Whitmore family restaurant, moved into corporate technology, and spent over a decade leading business continuity and disaster recovery. I did all of that while earning my degrees and raising my son. Over 40 years combined.

I've been the woman who had time for everybody except herself. I've been coaching people through their own rebuilds since I was 13 years old, long before any certification.

Today I do two things, and they're really one thing. Through DisruptHer Coaching, I teach women to get their S.H.I.T. together and finally live their own lives. Through Midwest Way, I took an 84-year family recipe and turned it into a jar of love that funds real help for real people. One feeds you at the table. One feeds you everywhere else.

DisruptHer Coaching is the transformation. The Midwest Way is the celebration. Pick your door, Love, they both lead to the same table.

Midwest Way — Ain't No Way Like The Midwest Way. Small batch, organic, an 84-year family recipe I made my own, the healthy swap you'll actually crave. You'll put that shit on everything, and every jar you buy funds a Random Act of Love for somebody who needs one.

DisruptHer Coaching — For the woman who has time for everybody except herself. I'm not here to fix you, Love. I'm here to remind you who you already are. Get your S.H.I.T. together, stop surviving, and build a life that's actually yours.

The Circle of Love

Every purchase you make here, sauce or coaching, feeds the same fund. We call it Random Acts of Love. A nursing exam fee paid. Groceries for an elder. Rent covered for a family in a hard month. Real, immediate help for real people, no application maze, no strings.

A portion of every purchase goes straight into that fund. This is not charity. This is a circle of people who decided to take care of each other. And the moment you buy a jar or book a session, you're in it.
